Choosing the right degree
Choosing the right program is one of the most important decisions you will make. Think carefully about what you want from your studies and what the Bible institute can offer.
All the MOMBI programs are designed so you can explore subjects in ways which interest you, as you develop your knowledge and understanding.

Joint Degree
If you want to study more than one subject in depth, our joint degrees offer exciting combinations of subjects.. What you learn in one subject complements and enhance what you learn in the other. Spending half your time on one subject and half on the other, you can still choose options that interest you in each.
We are not satisfied to only give our students an excellent education. We want to see their minds filled with useful, practical information but more importantly we desire to set their hearts on fire with a passion to serve God.

Doctorate Degree
Listed below are the courses that are available for study here at MOMBI.
ThD: Doctor of Theology
A course with greater depth and breadth. It is meant for those who take up senior positions in Apologetics, Creationism, Communication, Theology, Counseling, and Polemics-related organizations.
PhD: Doctor Of Philosophy [in Bible Theology]
The program is meant for those who have dedicated themselves for research, communication, and training in any branch of Christian Theology.
DMin: Doctor of Ministry
A course designed for people who would like to make Christian ministry the primary focus of their teaching. This course is suitable for youth workers, campus preachers, Christian Education personnel, and Christian writers.
The Doctorate Degree in Divinity is designed to provide advanced training in the practice of biblically and theologically oriented ministry to those actively involved in vocational ministry. The program concentrates on developing expertise in the biblical rationale, sociological strategy, and practical implementation of ministry.
DH: Doctor of Humanity
The Doctorate Degree in Humanity is for those engaged in local church and Para church ministries, world missions, and similar ministries. (The Ph.D. degree, by comparison, purposes primarily to equip students to engage in scholarly research and teaching.)
DD: Doctor of Divinity
Master's Degree
MDiv: Master of Divinity
It is meant for those who take up more serious work in the fields of Apologetics, Creationism, Communication, Theology, Counseling, and Polemics related organizations.
MTh: Master of Theology
It is meant for those who take up senior positions in Apologetics, Creationism, Communication, Theology, Counseling, and Polemics-related organizations. Also, those completing this course are adequately equipped to teach Christian Apologetics, Theology, Counseling, etc
MMin: Master Of Ministry
MMin is similar in academic level to MDiv, but with a greater emphasis on practical ministry.
MBS: Master Of Biblical Studies
This is our basic theology course. It aims at equipping highly motivated Christians in the art of defending the Christian Faith.
The course will help people with no academic background to begin their theological studies, and work towards more advanced programs.

Diploma Courses
Diploma in Theology
The Three Months MOMBI Diploma in Theology program is designed for people wishing to experience theological education in a substantial and structured way.
Most students do this program part-time, but it can be a full-time intramural course of study. Some students will take the Diploma program simply for personal enrichment. Others entering the program may have thoughts of continuing their theological education in other directions later. Occasional students will find the Diploma program a positive way to get their start in theological education.

Diplona in Pastoral Studies
For those who have academic and pastoral experience but who do not wish to undertake specialized research, MOMBI offers a three months course leading to the Diploma in Pastoral Studies.
Higher Diploma in Passtoral Studies
A degree in Theology or a primary degree with a major Theology component or an equivalent qualification with experience in pastoral ministry is required. Students who do not hold a degree with a theological component are required to take extra courses, and pass an oral examination in Theology, while studying for the Higher Diploma in Pastoral Studies.
School Of Healing
The School Of Healing Prayer
Mt. Olives Ministerial Bible Institute (MOMBI) has developed a three-months training program in other to train and equip individuals who are interested and/or feel called to our Lords ministry of healing prayer. The school of healing prayer is designed to teach individuals, churches, prayer groups and other Christian organizations about healing prayer.
Admission Requirements
Anyone may register in courses offered by MOMBI for Learning. Students who are enrolled at other (Bible) colleges, Seminaries or universities may enroll as a "Guest Student." And anyone who wishes to take a course for personal, professional or spiritual enrichment may do so as a Guest.
Students taking courses from MOMBI need an understanding of operating system software and computer hardware and peripherals in order to successfully utilize available resources for research and study. Moreover MOMBI focuses on areas to consider for admission:
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY. MOMBI does not offer an English language program, and requires all students to have a certain level of English proficiency as a requirement for graduate and mission.
Verification Of All Students
In addition to the Addmission Requirements. Acceptable forms of identification must accompany the application. It is proof of your enrolment.
Acceptable forms of identification are: Valid Federally Issued Identification Card: National ID, Driver's Licence, International Passport) PO Boxes CANNOT be accepted.
If you do not have one of the forms of identification listed above, a personal ID Card will be accepted.
