WELCOME TO MOMBI FAQ DATABASE
Welcome to our FAQ (frequently asked questions) page. This is a compilation of our Students most frequent problems. We have supplied the answers. We're here to serve you and will be glad to assist you in any way we can. Please feel free to contact us by email, or in person!
To apply as a student
Application for MOMBI courses is easy! Go to our Applications page and click on the "Application Form" You will be presented with a screen that allows you to enroll as a RETURNING STUDENT or a NEW STUDENT. A "returning student" is anyone who has previously completed a course application through our online application system.
A "new student" is anyone who has not previously registered for courses through our online application system, complete this simple application form, it tell us how we can get appropriate information to you, for your privacy, your application information will be sent over a secure server environment, immediately after the completion of the application form, you will also receive an email (upon receipt of your payment information) with your registration information and admission letter.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MOMBI must receive full payment before a course is released for enrollment. For your convenience, we can process your payment using a personal checks or money orders are acceptable.
How many courses can I take from MOMBI?
You are free to take as many courses as you like from us. All courses are open to any college-age, adult or qualifying high school learner. Pastor, Lay-man, Bishop, Church members etc. This includes students enrolled in other Bible institution and universities, individuals taking courses for professional development or personal enrichment.
How do I pay for the course?
Before selecting your course(s), beside the list of items will be a link that will allow you to choose your method of payment. Payment may be made by personal checks or money order. Please complete all fields of the form and click on the Submit button to submit your application form, a confirmation screen will be display to you, and a confirmation message will be sent to your email address.
Are there any other costs involved ?
No.
Tuition Refund Policy
MOMBI has implemented the following policy for Tuition Refund: * The course fee is non-refundable. * The down payment will be totally refunded if the candidate is not admitted into the program. However, if the candidate is approved and then withdraws, the fee will not be refunded. * If an approved candidate elects to withdraw from the program they may do so within seventy-two (72) hours after receiving the initial training materials. The procedure involves notifying MOMBI by email within seven (7) days. In such cases, the candidate is released from any further financial obligations for the program. *
Any candidate that has begun the program and then withdraws themselves from the program and then wishes to re-enter, they will have to reapply for program acceptance. * Prior acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance.
How do I receive my studies?
Immediately after your application as bees confirm and have paid the required fees (course fee) your study room will be created for you on the server with separate password and your I.D number to access your studies online. This page has information about the option available to you).
How long do I have to complete my course, and when does my course start?
All MOMBI online courses are self-paced. This means you may work on the course when and where you desire late at night, early in the morning, weekdays or weekends. You have ample time to complete this course depend on the type of program you have select. This page has information about the option available to you), Your date began when your enrollment was processed at MOMBI.
If you find that you will need additional time to complete your course, you may request either a month or two weeks extension for a nominal fee. Extensions must be requested prior to the expiration date of your course. A total of one month extension time is the maximum permitted per course.
What if I Miss Part of the Course due to Illness or Personal Emergency?
You must attend the full session to receive a completion certificate. In case of illness or unavoidable emergency, you may schedule make-up time with the Admin Department.
How are test and exams administered with your online learning classes?
Not all MOMBI courses require test or exams, but those that do are sent to a separate page with a login and password to the test page.
How do I receive my Degree, Diploma, Certificate?
Very easy... Upon successful completion of your course
Arrange for shipping and receiving materials
Normally, MOMBI will produce and ship at the student expense the certificate/ CDs to any specified address via FedEX or D.H.L.
What happens if there is a mistake on my certificate?
Contact MOMBI. Certificates will be corrected at no charge if the MOMBI Staff makes a mistake. Make sure your spelling, capitalization and punctuation marks are like you want them on your certificate

Can I suspend or withdraw from my studies?
An Application for Program Withdrawal may be made at any time, however fees are non-refundable after the first 10 days of your program.
Change of Course/Degree program
If you are in doubt as to the suitable of the program of study you are following, you should discuss the matter with your Departmental/Program Tutor immediately. It is important that you rise and settle any problem as early as possible in the first term, if you wish to transfer to another degree program without extending or interrupting your period of study. While you will be given all possible help and advice in the choice of degree program, transfer from your original program to another cannot be guaranteed. You must be able to satisfy the entrance requirements for your proposed new program; a place must be available on it; and it must be practical for you to complete the new program satisfactorily. In order to apply to change program, students should fill out a form entitled REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF DEGREE PROGRAM located at the Student Logging Page. Students should complete the form, providing an explanation of why they wish to change program.
This costs are subject to change without notification.
You cannot automatically assume that you will allowed to change program. Arrange for shipping and receiving materials Normally, MOMBI will produce and ship at the student expense the certificate to any specified address via U.P.S. or D.H.L.
Do you give out transcripts?
Yes. Go to the "Student Login" page and complete the transcript request form.
