The Diploma in Ministry (Dip.Min.) Program is a non-degree diploma designed for men and women  who are serving on a church staff or in other ministry positions. The diploma provides an opportunity to students, not seeking a degree, to develop servant leadership skills for local church ministry, as well as competencies in Bible and church history.

The Diploma in Pastoral Counseling (Dip.P.C.) gives the necessary skills and knowledge to work as a Christian pastoral counsellor in the context of Christian ministry.

Competencies gained include:
(1) applying systemic perspectives in a pastoral counseling context;
(2) responding to issues arising within the context of pastoral counseling;
(3) planning and conducting group activities,
(4) recognising and managing conflict,
(5) conducting pastoral counseling by integrating theological foundations and psychological concepts, and
(6) responding to individuals at risk of self harm or suicide
