The Bachelor of Ministry (B.Min.) degree program is designed to prepare men and women to serve in Christian Ministry. It includes systematic study, wide reading and practical ministry education.
Upon the successful completion of the Bachelor of Ministry program, the students should be able to:

(1) Lead congregations to creative, biblically–informed transformational endeavors;
(2) Respond appropriately to societal trends that impact church ministry;
(3) Critically and sympathetically engage new models with the historic resources of the Christian tradition

The Bachelor of Missions and Evangelism prepares the graduate to serve as a missionary or evangelist. Those completing the program should be able to design and implement a program of evangelism in their assigned area of future service. 

Upon the successful completion of the Bachelor of Ministry program, the students should be able to:
(1) Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the role of missions and evangelism in the Christian and in the world at large.
(2) Exhibit knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of evangelistic missions.
(3) Exhibits a passion for the needy.

Career Path
Students graduating from this program find employment as youth pastors or youth workers in church or church agencies, camping ministries, group homes, working with street youth, and some front line social work relating to youth, and may pursue further studies in a seminary context. Transfer credits to other institutes of christian learning are awarded at the discretion of the receiving institution.

A program designed to prepare an individual for missional leadership in the located ministry and / or for seminary.
If you are a Christian minister or worker and you desire a systematic study of Scripture, this is an ideal program for you. The primary objectives are:

(1) Express a thorough understanding of the Hebrew and Christian Scriptures. Express a Christian worldview.
(2) Experience the realities and envision the possibilities of located ministry, including the unique physical, moral, practical and spiritual demands of the leaders’s life and work.

(7) Possess leadership skills for planting, developing and / or expansion of churches.
(8) Experience two or more specific areas of the church’s ministry.
