Once all necessary information has been received, your file will be forwarded for an initial review. Your admission decision will be available on the "Status Check" via the student account page. You’ve waited at least 3 business days from the date of submission of the application. You are now ready to check your application status online!

APPLICATION STATUS AND EXPLANATION

Application Not Complete
When you see the message stating that application not complete, means that you have successfully created a student account, but you have not click on "Begin Application" and continue with steps to apply to complete your course enrollments.

Application On Hold
Your application is missing requisite documentation. To determine which item(s) are missing, look under the Information and Instructions from the begin application sections in your account. If you have already submitted these items, please contact the institute.

Application Denied
Document which are defaced or which appear to be altered in any way have been submitted.

Application Pending To Pay
Placing a financial hold on the student record.

Full Acceptance
Full acceptance to the program has been offered. Or Failure to pay as per the agreed payment schedule and/or failure to present evidence of payment by the due date(s).

Admissions Withdrawal
Student is withdrawn from program for one of the following reasons:
1. Student has requested to be withdrawn.
2. Withdrawal for non-payment of tuition; fees are due 21 days prior to program start date.

Full and Finished Program
Students fully completing their program(s)

Inactivity Deletion Times
There are 5 different phases concerning inactivity deletion or blocking a student account :

Phase 1 ( Each student is admitted to the MOMBI program with the expectation that he or she will receive a degree/certificate. MOMBI has the right and obligation to terminate the account of any student whose progress is deemed unsatisfactory based upon a Pending Admission Status for over 21 days. Mt. Olives Ministerial Bible Institute (MOMBI) is for serious minded, hungry-hearted students whom are interested in studying the word of God)

Phase 2  (If the offer for admission is found to be based in whole or in part on deception or fraud)

Phase 3 ( If you provide document which are defaced or which appear to be altered in any way after the initial review, these accounts will be deleted)

Phase 4 ( Any student account showing inactivity for (30) days will automatically be blocked.)

Due to students account blocked, they will no longer be able to alter or view any of their account information until we receive the full payment and update the status. In addition, Student Payment Plan will not be available for the affected students.

Phase 5 ( Students completing their program(s) will keep their student accounts for one month. After one month, these accounts will be deleted)
